HOW AM I SAVED? AM I SAVED?

How am I saved?

Look to scripture for your answer. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast" (Ephesians 2:8,9).

This being true there are 10 things that will not save your soul:
Almsgiving, saying prayers
Good works
Lodge membership
Obeying the "Golden Rule"
Doing the "best you can"
Keeping the Ten Commandments
The Lord's Supper
Baptism
Church attendance
Church membership

Read the above list of ten again...slowly...prayerfully, and if you are still doubtful about how you are saved...then read again at the top of this page, Ephesians 2:8,9..."for by grace are ye saved..."

Grace is an undeserved gift! We can not earn grace or salvation else Heaven will be filled with bragging people, e.g. "I gave $15.00 a week to church."....."Oh, well I gave $20.00 plus taught Sunday school..".....see the absurdity! Grace comes to us by the blood of Christ, the Son of God, who came down to earth to be a sacrifice for us, taking upon himself the sins of the whole world and thus making us Holy, white as snow, before God.

AND ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE

Jesus said. "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6).
"Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out" (John 6:37).
"Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Rom. 10:13, Acts 2:21).
"He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned" (Mark 16:16).
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

AM I SAVED?

There is no middle ground! You are either saved or lost! And it is possible to know you are saved now!
"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment" (Heb. 9:27).
"Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God" (John 3:3).
"What shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" (Mark 8:36).

GRACE is God's free gift to you. You did not deserve it, but it was given to you in love by the Almighty God, for your salvation! Step out and take it through your confession of sins, baptism, and confession that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and your Savior!

Please take note that all the material presented to you was scripture, no personal conjecture, just plain scripture.
Prayer: Father, we see your wondrous grace in our Lord Jesus Christ! Father, we want that grace! Please forgive us of our sins, for they are great! God, we need you! Accept us into your kingdom. In the name of Jesus we pray! Amen!

AMEN!
